Yes, we ship to over 200 countries worldwide including the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on your location and the weight of the package.
How do I ensure the outfit will fit me perfectly?
We offer custom tailoring services for most of our ethnic wear. You can provide your measurements using our size guide on the product page, or choose a standard size from our size chart.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for standard-sized items. Please note that custom-stitched, made-to-order, or sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing defect.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order directly through the 'My Orders' section on our website.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Net Banking. For customers in India, we also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) options on select pin codes.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to photographic lighting and different screen resolutions, a slight variation of 5-10% in color may occur.
